Order Value / Shipping Rate
- Orders of 100 bags of coffee or more should please email:email@example.com with email subject: Bulk order for the process and custom shipping rates
- Depending on where you live, your coffee could take 1-2 weeks to arrive once shipped. You will be sent an order shipped confirmation with a tracking number for more details.
- To keep it moving along for you, we process everything as “No Signature Required” (which as you can guess, means no signature is required at delivery)
- Please note that November and December are the busiest months of the year for shipping, and delays may occur, particularly in the context of COVID-19.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Once you receive your order, please ensure that everything is as ordered. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order via firstname.lastname@example.org with applicable email subject: missing order or incorrect order
If it was our error, we’ll replace the item(s) as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept returns. If you decide you’d like to return an item in your order for any other reason than an incorrect order. This is because coffee is a food item that loses freshness each day after its roast date.
